Known as **"The Voice"**, when worn seemingly give people the ability to dominate the minds and wills of others through the wielders words. 

====History====

At one point used by Alphonse Mysterio to dominate an entire town, it seemingly found it's ideal host in the devout, but ultimately mad evangelist. 

While in a heated debate with Quyin, he was shot and killed by Joaquin Brighton, the well timed shot tearing apart the right hand side of his face and jaw. 

For a while the ring was inert, kept in a lockbox by Colonel Sanders, and for about a year there were no issues. 

Alphonse eventually returned, partially rotted, now as an undead harrowed. His mind finally gone, he tracked down Sanders with his new Congregation and took back what he deemed to be his. 

In an attempt to summon the complete set of rings, he was eventually stopped by a new group, who managed to interrupt the ritual. 

While Alphonse still has the red run in his possession, he's yet to recover the others.
